2.  How does it work?
   The borrower completes one of our forms over the Internet, their information runs through our pre-set lender filters and is forwarded to up to 4 matching lenders. After daily caps are met for all client orders in a particular day, real time leads are stored in a queue until the following morning and they become VERIFIED Real Time leads.
3. How do I take advantage of a LIVE Real Time lead?
   We send a courtesy text message to a cell phone of your choice notifying you when a lead is sent to you.
4. How are leads delivered?
   Leads are sent however you prefer: email, LeadMailbox, Leads360, LeadROI, LoanXEngine, HTTPS Post, XML, or we can map to any proprietary system.

8. What is considered a "Valid" Lead?
   While we take great strides to provide the highest quality of leads to our clients, we understand that occasionally a particular lead will turn out to be insufficient or invalid to the client’s criteria.In the event of an invalid lead, we will credit the lead on a 1 to 1 ratio. Below are the criteria that define a Valid lead:
   
   Valid Lead shall mean a Lead that meets one of the following criteria: (i) the lead does contains a valid name, one valid contact phone number, a valid address and is not for a customer who is subsequently proven be a victim of identity theft; (ii) the Lead is not a Duplicate Lead, and (iii) the Lead is not for financing raw land, a mobile home or commercial property;
   
   You may obtain credit for your leads through the automated return feature on our site.
9. Can leads be branded or private labeled?
   Yes, you can display your Logo and special programs or contact information on our "Thank You Page" for LIVE Real Time campaigns. For VERIFIED Real Time campaigns, we verbally let the borrower know who they have been matched with and any supplemental information before releasing them to their matching lenders.
10. How do you generate your leads?
    We utilize a combination of search engine marketing, banners, and ad-networks.
